Unity focuses on one of our 12 powers each month. In June we focus on the IMAGINATION: The ability to imagine, picture, conceptualize, envision, dream. The Disciple is Bartholomew. He represents positive thoughts held in mind. The color is light blue and the location is between the eyes, the third eye.

Our 12 Powers and Stories of IMAGINATION
in our Lives and in some of the June’s Holy Days

Would you like to feel more fulfilled, centered and in charge of your life? Unity can help you learn about 12 spiritual abilities you already possess.

Charles Fillmore, Unity's co-founder, called them the "Twelve Powers." These spiritual abilities were perfectly expressed by Jesus and other masters and are present in every person. We invite you on a year-long spiritual journey to discover how to put these Powers to work and create the life of your dreams.

We look at the way people of many faiths use their power of imagination to find the Oneness, the Mystical Unity that we all share in God. We will explore how they relate to our own lives, how we can learn and grow by using our power of Imagination properly.

Wed. 6:30 – 7 pm: Meditation & Prayer. We open to discovering the Power of Spirit within us in Meditation and Prayer, we bring healing to our minds & bodies with Jim or Jan.

Fri. 3-5 pm: No Class June 7 while Jan is away. “The Essential Mystics: The Soul’s Journey into Truth” by Andrew Harvey. Explore the wisdom and experience the depth of the mystics through time and religions. It’s like a deep meditation.

We would also like to start a Youth Education Team again and recruit local children and youth with creative spiritual play. We have many Unity curriculum to chose from.

Week 1: Unity Principles to Bless Your Life
1. There is One Presence and One Power, God the Good.
2. I have God’s spark of divinity within me and I am inherently Good.
3. My Mind linked with God Mind creates blessings in my life.
4. Through prayer and meditation, I align myself with God and Good.
5. I live the Truth I know through thought, word and action.
6. Everything is God and is God’s. I use it all with gratitude.
